JOB DESCRIPTION: We're looking for an Engineering and Life Sciences Business Development Manager with at least 2 years of previous outside sales experience. The right candidates will have the desire and drive to prospect new clients in the Houston, TX market and surrounding areas, they will know and understand that market and be able to capitalize on it's potential. We have a strong existing clientele in energy, oil and gas, utilities and bio-pharmaceutical, but are interested in growing our market base in these areas as well as expanding our services in a variety of industries. Additional responsibilities include: conducting sales presentations to effectively represent the service advantages provided by Allstates Technical Services; participating in local marketing activities including trade shows and direct marketing programs to promote company services and identity; producing and maintaining prospect and client call records as well as assuming responsibility for reporting all sales activities through internal systems. If you are technically and or Sales oriented, career minded, and not afraid to go out there and find new business, we need to talk. Candidates with a strong work ethic and outside sales background are encouraged to apply.
