JOB DESCRIPTION: In this role you will be the first line of support working from 7am to 4pm with the first 3 hours manning the phones. Currently the company runs a Microsoft desk top; applications, email, Word, Excel and other software including Marketsheet and back office accounting software. You will support everything although the level of expertise in the non Microsoft will be limited. Currently the company is also running Remedy. After the morning phones are done, you will be doing documentation and create and close out service tickets and resolve problems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in a Help Desk / Call-Center-based technical help environment.
* Experience doing hands-on desktop support in a corporate environment.
