JOB DESCRIPTION: Recruits, interviews, tests and selects candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions.

Develops knowledge of customer groups to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

Develops innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies tomeet the business needs of each client department.

Leverages various resources to source qualified candidates using theInternet, Community Based Organizations, print media, formal/informalnetworks, etc., to source a diverse candidate pool.

Performs and prepares all new hire information including referenceand criminal background checks in a timely manner.

Monitors salary administration, in partnership with compensation, toensure compliance and equity within the organization.

Assists in compiling reports, makes recommendations on continuousimprovement efforts, tracks effectiveness of sourcing methods, cost-per-hire, budgets, etc.

May perform additional duties or special projects such as exitinterviews, new employee orientation, coach/counsel managers on policy and procedures inquiries, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Ability to manage large scale recruiting projects.
* Excellent organization and problem solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic PC skills proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
* Demonstrated ability to establish priorities in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of theorganization.
* The above skills, knowledge and abilities may be demonstrated by a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or acombination of education and Human Resources work experience.Requires 5-10 years recruitment experience with at least 2 years inan agency recruiting environment and extensive sourcing experienceincluding cold calling and networking. Equivalent education orexperience may be substituted for the above.
